Useful software. Clear boundaries.
These terms cover the Tabu Analytics website, free software products, paid licenses sold through Paddle and optional product launch waitlists.
1. Agreement and operator
These terms are an agreement between you and the independent developer based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, who trades as Tabu Analytics. By using this website or a Tabu Analytics software product, you agree to these terms. Mandatory rights under the law where you live continue to apply.
Paid licenses are sold by Paddle as merchant of record, so Paddle's details appear on every receipt as the legal seller. The operator's full legal name and address are available from support on request.
2. Free products
Free Tabu Analytics products may be used for personal or commercial work, subject to these terms and any applicable distribution-platform rules. You receive a limited license to use the software, not ownership of its code, designs or brand.
3. Paid licenses
Where a product page offers a paid license, the purchase is made from Paddle.com Market Ltd, or from its affiliate Paddle.com Inc. for customers in the United States. Paddle is the merchant of record: it collects payment, calculates and remits tax, issues the receipt and handles refunds under the refund policy. Paddle's checkout buyer terms apply to the transaction; these terms apply to the software.
A paid license is a one-time purchase of the product edition named at checkout. It covers that edition for its lifetime, including fixes and compatibility updates that the operator chooses to release for it. It does not promise every future edition, every future product or perpetual compatibility with third-party platforms. Nothing renews and no subscription is created unless a product page clearly says otherwise.
A license key is personal to the buyer. You may use it on the browser profiles you personally work in. You may not sell, share, publish or lend it, and you may not use it to run the product for people who did not buy it. A refunded or charged-back purchase ends the license, and a key that is shared publicly or used abusively may be revoked.
4. Product launch waitlists
Joining a launch waitlist records interest and requests the message described beside the form. It is not a preorder, reservation, guaranteed launch, guaranteed future price, purchase contract or authorization to charge you.
You may leave a waitlist at any time by emailing support from the joined address and naming the product. Waitlist processing is described in the privacy policy.
5. What the products do and do not do
Tabu Analytics products are assistive tools. They can identify detectable patterns, organize information and prompt human review, but they do not guarantee error-free, legally compliant, accessible, secure, search-optimized or commercially successful results.
Features described as paid, planned, optional, licensed or coming later are not part of a current free release unless the relevant product page clearly says they are available.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the website, waitlists, APIs or products to:
- probe, overload, bypass safeguards or disrupt the service;
- access or test information without authorization in a way that violates law or contract;
- reverse engineer protections except where law expressly permits it;
- submit automated, deceptive, stolen or unlawful information;
- misrepresent product output as certification or guaranteed compliance.
7. Updates and availability
Tabu Analytics may provide fixes, compatibility updates and improvements. A free product, website feature, waitlist or planned feature may change or be discontinued when necessary for security, third-party changes, legal requirements or sustainability. No fixed update schedule is promised. If a paid edition is discontinued within 12 months of your purchase, you may ask for a refund of that purchase.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, products and website services are provided “as is” and “as available.” You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, making professional decisions, maintaining backups and testing your work.
To the extent permitted by law, Tabu Analytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, missed defects or decisions made from product output, and its total liability for a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes and contact
Material changes will be dated and published here. Questions can be sent to support@tabu-analytics.com.
