Pay once. Change your mind for 14 days.
Paid Tabu Analytics licenses are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, adds any tax that applies where you live and sends the receipt. If a paid product does not fit your work, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
1. Who you buy from
Paid licenses are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, or by its affiliate Paddle.com Inc. for customers in the United States (together, Paddle). Paddle acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller of Tabu Analytics products: it is the party you pay, the party named on your receipt and the party that handles VAT, sales tax and payment disputes. Paddle's checkout buyer terms govern the purchase itself. The Tabu Analytics terms govern the software you license.
2. Prices and receipts
Each paid product page shows its price and currency before checkout. Paddle calculates any tax at checkout from your location and shows the total before you pay. Your receipt and invoice come from Paddle by email, and the charge appears on your statement under Paddle's name.
3. Refunds
Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get one, for any reason. Email support@tabu-analytics.com from the address you used at checkout and include the Paddle order number from your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle usually completes them within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion, except where the law where you live gives you a longer right, which we honour. Paddle refunds the full amount charged, including any tax.
4. After a refund or chargeback
A refunded or charged-back purchase ends the license. Paid features stop working the next time the product checks its license, and a revoked key cannot be reactivated. If a chargeback was raised by mistake, contact support and we will help sort it out with Paddle.
5. Free products and waitlists
Free Tabu Analytics products and product launch waitlists take no payment, so there is nothing to refund. Joining a waitlist does not authorize a charge or create a paid order.
